Babababies is committed to
protecting its members' personal information and privacy. Details of
our privacy policy are explained below. If you have any additional
concerns, please notify us by sending an email to

Babababies respects the intellectual property rights of others. Babababies
claims no ownership rights in any image contained in any of your
websites and will not share your images unless instructed by you or
otherwise required by law. Please note that Babababies cannot prevent
visitors of your website from making copies of your information and
images contained in that website.
Security
Babababies understands that the information you enter into the
Babababies database is important, and therefore we take every
precaution to ensure its security. We have security measures in place
to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under
our control. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic,
and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we
collect online. Web security and security procedures are reviewed and
may be updated on a regular basis to ensure strong data protection.
We also do everything in our power to protect our members' information
off-line. All of the information in the database is restricted in our
offices. Only Babababies employees who need the information to
perform a specific task (for example, a customer service
representative) are granted access to your account information.
Password - When you become a member of Babababies, you are
given an option to create a password protected website. You can use
this password to give only to friends and family you choose, which
provides access to your Babababies pages. Without choosing this
password protection, your website on Babababies is open for public
view.
Information Collection
Babababies only uses your personal information to conduct business
with you. Your personally identifiable information will not be rented,
sold or shared with any fourth party by Babababies or as otherwise
agreed by you. Only Babababies and this website you registered
through will have access to your name and email address. Babababies
may disclose information it has collected from any member of the
Babababies Service and/or content any member has made available on the
Babababies Service when it believes in good faith that the law or
legal process requires it, or when it is necessary to do so to protect
the rights or property of Babababies or others.
Registration - In order to create a Babababies member account
you must first complete the registration form. During registration you
will be required to give contact information (name and email address).
For the security of the child we use this information to send you a
confirmation and registration number, and to contact members about
scheduled site maintenance and other administrative matters including
important information about your child, and our partners. If a member
has not provided Babababies with a valid, working email address,
Babababies will not be able to provide these administrative services
to the member.
Optional Additional Features - If you choose to use the
optional "Addition Features" offered by Babababies, we must pay an
additional monthly Hosting & Server fee to Interactive Service
Technologies, our host and server provider. To help pay for this
additional Hosting & Server fee, we ask our Additonal Features users
to contribute only a small portion of their actual cost through PAYPAL.
Your financial information will be governed by the
PayPal Privacy Policy.

This site may contain links to other sites. Babababies is not
responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other
websites.
De-Activating Your Membership
If you only want to delete your child's website simply sign in to
your account and click on "Delete Website".
Premium members - if you want to discontinue ONLY the
Addition Features, go to PayPal and cancel your
subscription. You can still continue using all of the features of
your FREE site.
If you want to completely deactivate your membership simply let us
know and you'll never hear from us again.
Information Use and Site Operations
Cookies - A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's
computer tied to information about the user. This cookie is not tied
to personally identifiable information while on Babababies. Babababies
uses session ID cookies to allow you to access features you are
entitled to, and to keep track of the time a user is logged in. A
session ID cookie only exists as long as the user's browser window is
open. Once a user closes the browser window, the cookie terminates.
If members turn off cookies in their browser (reject cookies), they
may not be able to use the secure features of Babababies.
