I think it was you Amy that posted about min/max dosages for Zantac and I've lost the post. Lauren has started spitting again so I'm wondering if she needs another increase. Can you help me out?

5-10MG per kg of weight

there is 15mg in one ml of zantac

weight in kg x 5 for min, 10for max
divide by 15...that is how many ml's per day

For pounds to kg: take weight in lbs, divide by 2.2 to get weight in kg.

For example, ds is 13.5 lbs.
13.5/2.2= 6.1kg
