Thanks Leigh! This is great! I'm certainly be checking in to find what our next developmental goal for Evan should be. Hey! He's already way higher than I anticipated! Woohoo!

That is awesome Janette. Keep in mind it's all the great work that you guys are doing with him that makes him achieve every little milestone. Keep up the good work.

Glad to hear it, Janette! I know how hard you work with him!:-D

I have the age seven years as well. In case anyone thinks that I have gone crazy in separating the two stickys, I have not. The permissions will not allow them to be together as they are too long. Thus, I had to split the ages.

I meant to post this many moons ago and got the bug to do it today when I wanted to check when kiddos are supposed to be walking up and down stairs as Iain still crawls. I am sure that delay will be caught up as he continues to gain energy.:-D

This was meant more for developmental motor skills. Somewhere I have the speech and language information which I have to hunt up yet and sticky in that forum. Sigh... need more hours in a day!

Glad to hear it was helpful.:-D

Thanks Leigh for that detailed list of developments. Unfortunately my little girl at 18 months does maybe one of those things. But she has come along way from just 4 months ago. I guess we will just have to work harder.

OMGosh! I forgot about this thread, so thanks for bumping it, Ada! We've now hit everywhere from 2 or 2 1/2 years right up to a few things in the 4 yo. and 5 yo. range. Woohoo! Evan may be all over the map, but he's getting there!

Keep in mind that there are a lot of factors involved with milestones. This list is mainly for kids who are healthy and not battling other issues be it a syndrome, GERD, or other health concern. I fretted for some time about Iain as he would not climb stairs or crawl much even at the age of 18 months. At 28 months he still prefers to crawl up and down stairs still to this day. I am no longer concerned as being so sick for so long does cause a delay. Your child WILL catch up in time once things are better managed in the GERD department.
