I was just wondering if anyone else on the boards have used ore is currently using Axid? He is taking 1.3ml 2x daily. The new GI, who is absolutely wonderful, said it works better than Zantac. Any opinions?

Emma was on Axid from birth up until 6 months old, and it seemed to work very similar to Zantac. It is very weight dependent, so we would take Emma in every two weeks for a weight check and they would increase her dose.

Let me know how he does on it. Our ped swore by it...plus it's thicker, (easier to administer), and is yummy. It almost tastes like honey.

Zantac, on the other hand, tastes like minty-blah-nasty medicine.:razz:
