I 'm having a problem using this computer. I hate technology.

Since he's only 11 months, I'd definitely keep him on the formula. Some formulas can even be used until 18 months. He may prefer a regular cup over the bottle and the sippy cup, or even a different kind of sippy cup. Have you tried popsicles and freezies to get some extra liquids in?
