I have a bottle of Zantac that we don't use anymore from when he was a newborn...It hasn't even crosssed my mine that I could use this when in need. HOWEVER, for a period of time, It was left in my car...which got pretty hot here in Miami. I'm wondering if it's still ok to use IF I needed it or not...probably night, right? :?

Honestly it's probably fine.
