Okay so yesterday after our incredibly long and frustrating day, we go to Cracker Barrel to eat. I was already BEYOND frustrated and Cracker Barrel made it soooo much worse::
Here is what happened::
First, we came in and put our name down to go eat and sat down at the table with Aidan. I had to practically FORCE Aidan to even eat. I couldn't get him to eat Carrots which he LOVES or mac N Cheese which is one of his fav foods. Then he wouldn't eat biscuits and did finally eat biscuits. Then , a lady beside us with three kids that was stuffing them full and a child Aidan's age said well isn't he just a picky lil eater??? I don't think she meant it bad but after all that had happened, it irritated me to no end!!! Then he ate a little more and threw up. She said to her husband well he must have food allergies. Since I wasn't supposed to hear it, I kept my big mouth shut!!! Then the next thing, he spits up again and she says does he have a virus??? Yeah lady, I am trying to force my child to eat food with a stomach virus. Smart aren't we???? I said might I add nicely, No ma'm he has GERD and delayed gastric emptying and went into what it was and all that. Then she has the nerve to say well my son is 12 months and he weighs 25lbs and is 32 inches long. Well good for you lady!!!! arrrghhhh
Next thing that happened: We go into the gift shop AFTER the meal and Aidan is playing and talking and all of the sudden he throws up several times in a row. Another lady with a son about 9 says to her son make sure you stay far away from them. He has a virus.
What is people's PROBLEM???? I am not going to stand in line with my child with a freaking VIRUS!!!!!!!!!!
Okay I'm done now

That sucks doesn't it ??? People are just wrong...the other day I was in the store and there was a little boy maybe 2 years old having a really bad asthma attack and he of course towards the end of it starting puking up all of the phlegm that came out of his lungs well the poor dad had a look on his face, like where's my wife when I need her, and every one in the store seemed to take off running off in the other direction. Being how I am I walk up to the check out girl get some napkins and start helping this poor guy clean his baby up and the floor everyone in there was just digusted and making the ruddest comments. People have no class anymore...

I understand the frustration. It's really too bad that people just assume our kids are contagious!
