Hi
I just read the list of foods to avoid and now am a little confused.
Just last night the Ped told me to add a teaspoon of brown sugar to my DD's bottles to help constipation.... She is only 9 weeks old, does that make any difference?
Will be interested to see if it make her better or worse?

I was reading the list and i agree with a lot of the foods to avoid but you know whats frustrating is.. lilke the #2 foods for babies if you look at the ingredients for foods like,, chicken and vegtables, turkey and rice, sweetpotatoes/chicken,, all these contain either the rice, or carrots both of which are soooo constipating to hannah.. the gi wants me to increase her diet, meaning up it to more "solid" advanced stuff and eveytime i do.. she's plugged.. like chicken noodle #2 she loves it... plugged her right up.. i mean is she gonna have to live on miralax and enemas.. or maybe she just isnt ready for these foods.. i dont know :( I want to be able to feed her those cuz they contain more calories.:angry7:
