Just wondering what the other little GERDlings' bedtimes are.
Zac use to go to bed at 10, then my mom said that was way too late for a baby! (He was only 3 months old at best.) I never really thought to try to get him to bed sooner than that as his "bedtime. I think he was still napping at like 830...Anyhow, I got that down to 930, then to 900, then down to 815 or 830...then to 800. We are finally down to 730 or 740 which I'm thinking I can be content with that. I never thought I'd see the day his bedtime was 730!~
Sarah, I just saw your boys go to bed at 630...wow! I have a friend who's little one goes down at 7 and I thought that was early. I guess w/those night wakings and early rise they need it. Zac still get's up at 630 at the latest though so I'm wondering if I shoudl push it back further if he's still going to wake up at the same time in the morning. I'm just scared to test it and have him wake up even earlier.

Cady's bedtime is 7:15 - 7:30 p.m. and she usually gets up between 7:30 - 8:00. If she goes to bed later than 7:30, then she actually ends up getting up earlier than 7:30.

8:30 at the earliest, 11:00 at the latest. I have lost all control of this, since Noah falls asleep after his last bottle. Considering he never wants bottles anymore, I just never know what's going to happen around here at night. I always follow a good routine hoping he'll catch on, but no luck so far.

Catherine goes to bed between 7:30 and 8:00. Putting her down earlier or keeping her up later have no effect on her [lack of] sleep habits.

See, now Judy, that's what I've heard. If they are getting up too early, they need to go to bed earlier. Your situation rings true to this. I'mt hinking about trying it.

Lauren's bedtime is 8 pm. If she goes to bed later, she still gets up at the same time... 7 am.

Emma goes to bed around 8:30 and sleeps until 7:30-7:45...with several nightwakings and usually one nightfeed/dreamfeed. She's gone down earlier and later than that...and she still gets up at the same time.

It's worth a try, Sara. :D

Until he was 2 yo., Evan's reflux kept him up until 11 p.m. He just couldn't settle any earlier and naps were rare. Now the boys are generally in bed around 8:30.

Nathan goes down at 7:30ish, and wakes around 6:30ish. If I put him to bed earlier, he wakes at around the same time.

Connor goes down at 8:00 and wakes between 6:30 and 7:00 am with one night waking usually between 2:30 and 3:00am. I've tried putting him down a little earlier like 7:15 but he woke up and acted like it was a nap so I've been scared to try an earlier time again!
