Ashlee just got home last week from a 3 day stay in the hospital. She lost 11 oz in 4 days. (Which she cant afford to lose) They said she had some kind of Gastric intestinal tummy bug. Her surgeon came in and saw her. And said she wants to do the Pyloroplasty surgery on her once she gets better. I know alittle about it but not much. Was wondering if anyones had this done or knows anything about it that would up us out. As of monday Ashlee gainned 2 of the 11 oz lost. She now weighs 26.7 oz at 2 yrs and 10 months. Thanks for your help...

You may want to contact member 'raisingangels'. I believe I saw that one of her sons had this done. If you search under memberlist, you'll probably find her and then pm her. Just a thought.

We went in to have this surgery done and the fundo and found that the bottom of our sons tummy was attached to his liver and was kinked :shock: Thank goodness we decided to do the surgery or we would have never found that. They corrected his bottom half and it has made a huge difference. He had DGE at about 20%. I love seeing the screen now and watching his tummy empty like it should! If you have any Qs just ask and you may want to post under the fundo section as there are a few other moms who have considered or had this surgery done.
