In an effort to keep the boards running as light as possible I'm trying to avoid re-installing as many of the old toys as I can. This means the thank you hack for one. There's really no need for it given the reputation system that the site has. So, from now on, instead of using the old thank you button that you used to use, you can just opt to give the user reputation for their helpful post instead if you like. This is done by clicking the button marked "rep" underneath their username in their posts.
