Matthew has had 3 treatments so far. X-rays show a curvature of the spine and as a result nerves that effect the stomach, esophagus and other digestive organs are effected. The Chiro feels the reflux is a symptom of the curvature. He feels with treatments he can correct the curve and Matthew can go off his meds. I am trying to keep an open mind. After 2 treatments I have seen a slight improvement in his night waking and when he does wake he doesn't seem to be in as much pain.
I made an appointment with a pediatric orthopedic doctor for a second opinion.

Thanks for the update. It'll be interesting to see how much the chiropractor and the orthpedic doctor are able to help. I'll look forward to hearing more.
