Seth is 6 months old and has never rolled over. He can sit up by himself, but he hates to be on his belly and has poor upper body strenght. Is this common with refluxers? Should he be getting physical therapy or am I worrying too much?

Yes, that is common. Trent at 9 months could roll over from stomach to back, but could not roll from back to stomach. His OT said it was because he had low muscle tone in his trunk and legs. She worked with him by just lifting his ankle and guiding him over. She had him rolling over withing 1 day! Now he rolls over all the time, which is not always good. As soon as I take his diaper off, he rolls over and crawls away! :D

Evan just turned 2 and is still not comfortable with rolling over. It seems to be too painful. He has never liked to be on his belly either.
