Hi, I am Heidi from Michigan. I have a 1 year old son with reflux. I have just finished reading the heart wrenching "Life On The Reflux Roller Coaster" and boy do I wish I had found this book and website months ago...

I normally try to pop in to the chat room every night about 9:30-10:00 pm EST. Usually there isn't anyone there that late, but that is the only time I can really get in (after the kids are down). Anytime you need to chat, pop in and see if I'm there.

It's probably a good idea for anyone interested in the chats to check in whenever they are on and see if anyone else is there...I have not had time to get aggressive about scheduling and moderating them at this point and won't for awhile as I am on vacation at my mother's until next month. If someone else wants to take over setting them up for now just PM me or email me and let me know.

It sounds like we all keep missing eachother in that chat room. I've been dropping by every evening, too, but the times really seem to vary, so I don't seem to find anyone there either. We'll have to set up a definite time. Evan's been "refluxing" alot again, so I haven't really even thought about what evening or what time to suggest.

Thank you so much for the warm welcome. I am so glad to have found my way here. Yes, I can't tell you how helpful your book was for me. Thank you so very much for writing it and for sharing the story about your beautiful daughter/granddaughter and the difficult times your family has been going thru. I cried thru the whole thing and now I have my mother reading it and she is crying thru the whole thing too. It has truely helped me feel less alone.
