I'm having a weepy week-end :cry: . I received some bad health news on Friday evening. :( My family is being really loving and supportive, but I just didn't feel like heading out to church today. My husband took the kids there himself. In fact, this afternoon will be my first time out of the house since receiving the news. I really don't feel like sharing any more right now, but thanks for giving me a place to cry and vent.

Oh no! :cry: :cry: My goodness Janette, I'm so sorry to hear that!! :cry: (((((HUGS))))) I hope that it's nothing too serious! No need to share any more than you are ready to share. We're (I'm-since the board has been kinda slow :? ) here when/if you are ready share more at a later time! Come here and cry as much as you need to!

If it helps at all (not that I imagine it does), I believe everything happens for a reason and we are never given more than we can handle!

Just a little update regarding our totally compitent (not) doctors. It's not only our refluxers who have problems. The health problem that I was diagnosed with turned out to be a misdiagnosis by a supposed specialist. :evil: I keep asking myself where she could have possibly gotten her license to practise medicine, and the only answer that comes to me is "Out of a Lucky Elephant popcorn box"! Grrr...

Well, I guess that's good news Janette! I can't believe the number of stories like that I hear...it's so frustrating to turn to a doctor for an answer and not get any, or get the wrong one!

Yes I am, thanks, and part of that is knowing that the doctor was wrong.
