Weird only one state. I had one of those!!!!

That's just crazy. Why only one state? Ok, so our IL Mama's are going to have to keep us updated on the recalls then.

My MIL has that toy, or a version of it. I just emailed her the story.

It is because they only got "caught" in one state. There is no federal law that can madate recals, so it is up to the states. You think they would at least care about looking good and would recal it in all states though. I guess they just don't give a :censored:. :angry7:

From what I understand, they are working on federal law. Illinois had just passed one due to all the previous lead problems in toys that were recalled. Our attorney general who pursued this is pretty awesome.
