I just know she was having some problems lately and you were about to call the GI. Did you call?
Is she feeling better or is she still barfing and having a hard time?
Did you figure out why?

You're so sweet to ask!
The vomitting has stopped but her eating has dropped off drastically. Peds GI said to wait and see if it gets worse or she has more painful episodes. He also is having me weigh her weekly to make sure she's still maintaining her weight with the lack of eating. We go back in December regardless.

Eric always does that too. Has a bad spell and then doesn't want to eat. (kinda going through that right now, he's still eating O.K., but I'm sure I'm in for some more bad days of just pedisure and ice. UGH I thought those days were over! It's been so long)
Hopefully she'll feel back in control soon and start enjoying food again. I do think it's a control thing with them KWIM?
"O.K. I feel like crap, it's because I ate. I'm taking a break".
Sure hope she keeps her weight and starts eating again, and this was just one of those short lived GERD strikes again moments.

Me too, I really hope it's a flare and control issues.
It doesn't help though when she KNOWS crying makes her puke and she cries because she doesn't want to pick up her toys then I feel guilty! I didn't give in tonight though and her room was SPOTLESS! I'm so proud of her!

Do you find that just bending over to pick up gets her reflux going. It does with Eric. He always plays at the table or puts his toys on the couch to play with, if they fall he just leaves them. When it's time to pick up he says "I can't" He does eventually do it most days, but it does give him a hard time.
I swear Mom guilt is fifty times worse with a GERDling isn't it? :sad3:
