Well, sadly Roman's reflux seems to be getting worse this past week (and just when we are preparing to start a prevacid wean!). I can hear him wet-burping again throughout the day, and he is actually spitting up like he used to a couple times each day. What is weird though, is that he only spits up after breastfeeding. I don't know if it's because he drinks so fast, or if it's the positions he breastfeeds in, or if my milk is thin, or if there is something in it that aggravates his reflux. What do you think might cause a baby to begin refluxing only breastmilk after months of being under control?
Is breastmilk the only liquid he gets? If so, it could very well be that it's thin and more easily refluxed.
Also, kids do tend to have reflux flares and sometimes, the addition of certain foods, etc. will make reflux flare. What sorts of finger foods is he on? Also, is he spitting up after every nursing session, or do you notice that it's happening more often during certain times of the day? (For instance, does he spit up more in the afternoon/evening? It *might* signal DGE).
Sorry--seems like I asked more questions than I answered...

That's what I was thinking....

It could be the thin ness, or also something that you have been eating more of or new lately that isn't agreeing? Like chocolate, or milk, cheese... I hope it is a short term thing though.
