Hey guys, you may or may not know but Dan, me and the kids are heading your way (USA IRDers) over Christmas. I would really love to have a meet up with some people who live close to Emily, if anyone is interested we could arrange a central meeting place for a day or two.

I don't know if this is do able, but I thought I would try, I will be at Ems house just before Christmas till about the 28th of December and then we will be heading to Chicago for a couple of days, so the best time will be from after Christmas till New Years (At this time my brood is lobbing on Leighs doorstep :rolling:)

So if anyone has any suggestions or is close to Em and would make the drive/flight to St Louis or wherever nearby, maybe we can have a meet up?

My plans at the moment are very flexible (except for the time restraint) so am up for any suggestions to get something happenning.

Wish I could ... but you all are too far away. We'll likely be in the West Virginia/Washington, DC area for Christmas.

Guys, you are showing me the love :hug: I wish I could come and visit every single one of you, I would (I don't know if Dan would though :rolling:) but we can come over Christmas cause work is shut down, and after last time we can't leave the business to anyone but ourselves, we worked that out the hard way.

Ella, Chicago is almost definate, so either way we can do it wherever, we could do Chicago instead KWIM.

Jeanette, Emily is in St Loius, and I will be spending Christmas with them, so the dates for a get together would be somewhere between the 28th and New Years, and would be in St Loius or Chicago.

Kerri, you are not fooling anyone! My parents, who grew up in Vermont, took pictures that they have in our photo albums from when I was little of some giant snowstorm back in the 70's. I suspect things have not changed much since then, even with global warming. :haha:

Rach what part of Chicago will you be at? I live about ten minutes away from Chicago. I am just ovr the broder of Chicago in Hammond. I would love to meet up with you when you get to that part of your trip. I am not sure about meeting up in St Louis. Let me know.

I suppose we will be staying in the city somewhere, I have yet to work out details, I have to research Chicago a little I think hehe, but it will be great if you can come too.
