I'm going home to visit my parents for a month! Bethany, The Ad-Man and I will be leaving May 15 to visit my family in central Indiana (30 mins. SW of Indianapolis) and staying through June 5. While we're there, we'll be taking the 7-hour trip to Muskegon, MI to visit my grandmother/other relatives. We'll only be in MI for 2 or 3 days.

Anyone interested in getting together? I will warn you that we're flying, so I won't have my car. I may have to rely on either my mom or sister to drive me...

Katey and I are practially neighbors in Michigan - we live in Grand Blanc, but I'm pretty sure that's a few hours from Muskegon.

Christyn (and Katey)--My Gramma lives in Muskegon and my other relatives live in Fruitport, White Cloud and Ravenna; however, we've not far from Grand Rapids...is there a place we could all meet? I will try my best to meet up with you gals; however, I'll be honest--since my trip there will only be 2 or 3 days, it might be tough. (Wanna meet up at my Gramma's house? :smt036 )

I used to have some friends in Osceola and would take US 31 all the way to South Bend to visit...Kokomo is on the way--is that an easy trip for you? How about Peru? (There's not much in Peru anymore, though). I was thinking it might be good to meet halfway (forgot I have to do feedings with B--even when on the road). How far is Gary/Hammond from SB? Do you have easy access to US 31?

I would love to get together. Muskegon is about 2.5 hours from us. Grand Rapids is about 2 hours. Maybe Christyn and I could work out a drive to GR or something. I know they have a butterfly garden there that is really cool. Jim and I were going to take the kids this year. I don't remember when the butterflys are out, but that might be a place we could all meet up.

If my braty kids give me any time today I will try to look it up.

Hmmm, I'm not sure Allie would fare so well in a car for two hours (have only tried this once and it wasn't too bad). I'm trying to picture me and Katey hauling three kids around. Hee hee hee.

The only thing I know is that if I head east on route 30 it will take me to Valpo and Michigan City. Will you be anywhere near there?
