The best time you've had as a family?

recently we all went to chuck e cheese

i don't have a DH

Three things in common with dh:
1) we love to watch movies
2) we are both short (I'm 5'3" and he's 5'5")
3) we are the same age, are both the youngest child, and have a sibling 4 years older than us

Best time we've had as a family:
Our trip to DisneyWorld the week before Christmas 2006

We need a new acronym, maybe DSO (darling significant other)? LOL

Hmmm...

1.) We both love to shop. (I got lucky here, except that means half of the clothing budget is his!:sad5: )
2.) We have the same sense of humor.
3.) We just love hanging out together, we're not just husband/wife, we are buddies.

Best family time....hmmm, it's only been 14 mos. A lot of our stuff is pretty simple like our first Christmas with the boys this year, taking the boys for an evening stroll last summer in the Baby Bjorns and having everyone stop us to see our cutie pies. I took them to the park by myself last week for their first time and they had a blast in the baby swings. Then I wanted to go back with DH over the weekend but it was too cold and crappy. :sad3: Oh, I know! In one of the towns near us, in the summer on Friday's they have this thing in their downtown area called Lunch in the Park. They have a DJ playing music and all kinds of food vendors in the middle of this big park. We took the boys and picnicked on the grass and danced to the music with them. I can't wait to to do it again this summer now that they can get on their feet and dance! We have a bunch of cute pictures from that day, my fave is one of Dylan's and my feet b/c I have long toes (a lovely family trait) and Dylan's are totally the same. So I have this pic of our feet and it's so cute. Maybe I can figure out how to post it on here. LOL

Three things in common with soon to be dh:
1) we both love to hunt, fish, camp (not really a girly girl :-) )
2) we like the same kind of music (makes it soo much easier on trips)
3) we both LOVE horror movies

Best time we've had as a family:
The county fair, taking the kids on all the rides they could be on

1. We've got the same twisted sense of humor...when he could quote South Park, Clerks, and Billy Madison with me, I knew he was a keeper.

2. We both "cleaned up our acts" when we decided to get married, and I think we've become a pretty rockin' little fam, if I do say so myself!

3. We both have mouths like drunken sailors.

Some of our best times as a family have been our Knops Family Fun Days, when we basically play "tourist" here in Sarasota and just hang out. We love, love, love to be outside. We also like to snuggle in bed, all 3 of us plus the dogs, and watch 'toons.

Well crap I have no idea what we have in common, I think it is being so different that keeps us together. What I like about him as a person is
1. That he is a great dad and works hard for his family
2. He treats me really good
3. He understands my sense of humour.

As in common, I suppose that we both can do the same work job, we are trained in the same area, so I can help him out at work without much problem.

And best time as a family would have to be America trip last year, it all rocked but as a family, Disneyland.

Hmmm, three things we have in common?
Well,

1. We're both volunteer firefighters.
2. We love to camp (in a tent -- no wimpy RV campers here.)
3. We love to garden and work in our yard.

Our best time as a family? The first time we took the older kids camping and fishing. We go to a trout park & hatchery near where I grew up. The river is spring fed, so the water is 50* year round. We convinced Amber & Mitchell that they should wade across. Needless to say, they didn't make it very far and their feet were blue from the cold, but we have a great time laughing about it.:haha:

The 3 things dh and I have in common:
1. We are both the oldest child
2. We basically like the same music
3. We really enjoy going out to eat and to the movies (however much less able to now!)

Fav time as a family: Disney World! Although that was with Nate, not Nick. The best thing with the 4 of us: Great Wolf Lodge (indoor waterpark hotel in Williamsburg, VA...it's great!)

going out for a sunday drive getting mc'ds for the kids letting them play outside...

oh yea.. we are both only children and very very spoiled... so we do fight over stupid stuff
