My dd has reflux and DGE. Using Alimentum has helped her tremendously. I was just getting ready to start yogurt with her and realized it may not be such a good idea with the dairy. She has had some cheese though, not much but no probs and she loves it. Is dairy a bad idea for her since the Alimentum helps her so much. She is 9 mo's old. I don't want her to get back to the point where she won't eat more than 2-3 oz every 4 hours. It was stressful! And she really is NOT that great of a solid eater either. She takes about 28 oz of formula a day and about about 6 tablespoons of solids a day maybe more.
