Starting MSPI elimation diet today...december 11th.

What should I do these 2 weeks...while im getting the milk proteins and soy outta my system? Should i give him a specail formula at day care? I figure while he is with me...each day he is getting less and less of these potentially problematic proteins in my fresh breastmilk...so if i conintue with the "old" milk (frozen) at day care...then he is getting lots still. However, if I go with MSPI forumula then together we are elimating for these 2 weeks. UGH

Any experience or advice?

Thanks

I was going to suggest maybe trying to pump at least *some* b'milk for him every day. If you decide to go with an MSPI formula, gradually introducing by mixing small amounts in your b'milk might make the transition easier. *sigh* I'd hate for you to have to discard all that b'milk you pumped and froze...perhaps hang on to it just in case of either an emergency or in case dairy/soy don't seem to be the problem, KWIM?

What formula are you thinking of trying?
