We got one through our doctor and it was covered by our insurance. I know it's not cheap. Google it and see what it's going for.

I have one also.

Sorry, but I don't remember the cost b/c my insurance paid for it completely. I am so glad for that b/c I couldn't leave the house without it. I took it everywhere I went for awhile.

Good luck getting one

It depends on which one you are prescibed. I had one that was about $600. The one I have now is a loner through the dr(it was new when we got it). I hope that helps.

They're pretty cheap. Catherine has this one, and it works perfectly. It's very small, which I love. It retails for about $59, although insurance covered ours 100% and one of her doctors supplied it.

Ours was covered 100% by insurance so I'm not too sure what they run.

Ours was covered by insurance also, but I have a co-pay each month until I reach the amout it is worth. My co-pay each month is 1.25 or so, but they add up the entire renatal fee that the insurance pays.

Inusurance does pay for these. THe one I picked for my son was about 500$ (insurance paid) but I got one that gives a little bit of a faster breathing treatment...
