Just wondering if it would be Ok to give me ds his clarinex syrup and pepcid right before bed (within minutes of each other)
OR is it best to always space out meds?
I think his clarinex syrup makes him a little hyper, so I like to give it right before bed, but I also need to give him pepcid before bed

Also, in the am is it best to give him pepcid on an empty stomach and wait 30min before eating
i thought with meds like zantac/pepcid, you didn't need to worry about wait time in relation to eating?

Hi Kim, regarding the interaction with the clarinex - no problem giving them together. If it causes him to be hyper, why not try it in the am? or am I misunderstanding. Regarding the food and pepcid you are fine to give the pepcid with the first bite of food and antacids are also ok.

Zach is on both singular and clarinex....
It just worked out we started the clarinex first and was giving that at night (rec by his allergist) and added the singular in the am
