Let me first say I HATE apria with the fire of a thousands suns. We are now on our 3rd pump in less than 2 weeks. I have to get transfered to a million people to get what I need/want and even then they forget the stuff or it's not in stock after they tell me I WILL have. Throw this in with NEVER showing up before 10 at night...Last night was 11 p.m. the time before was midnight!!!

I called my dme about a carrying bag since emma will now pretty much be 100% tube fed, for 20 hours a day. I have 3 kids 3 and under so portability is a must. they told me they ordered it. Apria has yet to deliver me one. one person will say sure it's going out today and never show. Another will bring part of my order and not bring the carrying bag saying they're out of stock "but you can just get velcro straps and make your own out of a tote bag". Thanks, but I don't really have the time or patience right now to be rigging up a pump carrier that will work.

Anyways, rant over. I'm wondering if anybody has a kangaroo pet pump carrier they'd like to sell or give awat, or if they even know of a place where I can get on inexpensively. I'm desperate and about to rig a totebag, I'd just REALLY rather not! http://parent-2-parent.com/forum/images/smilies/helpme.gif

Sorry, I don't have a bag for you. Amazingly, Apria delivered our bag at the same time they delivered pump -- except it was at 10 p.m., which I thought was bad til I read your post!

Anyway, I'll join you in the "I hate Apria" chant.

Yep, I hate Apria too....I deal with them for my dh's CPAP.

The only success I had was in getting past their call center and talking to someone at the local office. I ended up asking for the manager, who turned out to be wonderful. He was the only one who took some accountability and got things done. So, you might try that.

I would check out ebay. do you have to deal with that home health care co. I have heard nothing but complaints about them.
