I know Zantac is really weight sensitive. My son grows very quickly and has gained weight since the last visit to the Ped GI. I am wondering how often I should call the Dr for a med increase? Every 2 lbs or 4, etc? Thanks.

Hi , the dose goes up by 4-10 mg every kg change so every couple of pounds or even 1 pound you should get the dose changed.
