Hi, first off I just wanted to thank you for helping all of us here! I really appreciate it:D The question I have is actually regarding an ingredient in Pretzels. My son has MSPI and I was wondering if you would be able to tell me if any of these ing. contain either milk or soy. Enriched flour (Wheat flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic acid), Corn Syrup, Salt, Yeast, Malt Extract, Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate, and Artificial flavor. HI Kim, although this isn't my strong point, everything looks ok. By milk I assume you mean the lactose and protein. I cannot seem to track down all constituents in the malt extract although it is all from grain so the malt and flour should be fine. Perhaps a dietician might have some more insight.
