I have read the posts on multiple meds timing but am still confused as to how best to administer the following: 0.4mg Losec and 1.2ml Ranitidine per 24 hours.

Matthew feeds at 6 - 7am, 10 - 11am, 2 - 3pm, 6 - 7pm, 10 - 11pm, and 2 - 3am.

Which would work better:

Give Losec 1 hour before the 10 - 11am feed, Ranitidine 30 minutes before the 6 - 7am feed, the 2 - 3pm feed and the 10 - 11pm feed.

OR

Give Losec 1 hour before the 10 - 11am feed and the 10 - 11pm feed, then the Ranitidine 30 minutes before the 6 - 7am feed, the 2 - 3pm feed and then before the 2 - 3am feed.

i.e. would it be beneficial to split the losec dose and give it morning and night? If so, when should I move the bedtime ranitidine to?

Rach, although they both sound ok, the second one would be the one to try. Losec is sometimes hit and miss for nighttime acid but if it is before the feeding like you mentioned then it is better to try. My best advice is usually if the current regimen is working, then don't change it,
