I purchased Florastor Kids. It has 10 sachets in the box. I understand that is a flora based product. Is that like babydophilos? How long should you use these?What other probiotics are being used...and are they used endless every day?

I am not sure of the brand, but probiotics should be used every day to promote good intestinal health, it increases the good bacteria, which in turn is able to fight the bad bacteria caused by stress, bad eating, antibiotics, illness...

I would say a sachet a day would be the dose.

My kids have probiotics everyday regardless of whether they are ill or not, and I do see a huge difference (LOL even though they are both sick now)

I've also never heard of the brand; however, we give probiotics (baby dophilus) to B when she has yeast infection flare ups (constantly!). I was told to give 1/2 t. mixed w/ water or juice daily. I'm not sure how large your sachets are, but like Scarlet said, one sachet might be one dose. Does it give dosing instructions for infants?

I'm not sure about that brand either. We gave Culturelle for 6 weeks when Mason was smaller. Nowayds I give him one Yo Baby yogurt every day which also has the cultures in it. :D

The "Florastor Kids" says 1 sachets in a.m. and 1 in p.m. Well, I have the 2 children at $10.49 a box. I think that would only get me 2 1/2 days. Wowza!
