Well I know I have been laughing at it, but I really don't know what to beleive about it all LOL. Thanks all for listenting to it all and this is the final thread on it, so for all those who have asked for this update... here it is.

We have finally finsihed our treatments. Parker was treated for Sugars, milk/dairy, wheat, soy, egg, internal acids, dust/mites and grass. Organs that these reacted to the most were skin and spleen and liver.

Well about two weeks ago we started noticing some changes in him. Just after they eliminated the internal acids. He has a decreased amount of anger and agression, his skin rashes have cleared a lot, the same red pimples on his face aren't there as often, the rings around his eyes are generally gone. He is eating everything again except milk and corn (and other acid/reflux nono's).

He has actually been really good lately, you know that I never thought it could be that good, good?

His BMs are still a bit hit and miss, but no where near as bad.

So the hard part is to tell if it worked or even helped. During the time of the treatments, we saw an allergist who gave us tips about his rashes, he had a med increase, we stopped goat milk and switched to rice and we have also started homeopathy, which was recommended by the kineseologist- so any of these things could have made a difference.

I choose to beleive that it wasn't a waste of time and it has helped, I do not think that it has cured his reflux or got rid of any of his allergies/intolerences, but I think it may have made them a little better. One thing I do know is the method of testing for the allergies is very accurate, though it doesn't differentiate between intolerence, allergy or severity.

I would recommend the testing, just to know what areas the intolerences/allergies are targeting.

I'm glad to hear that this has helped, Rachel! Anything to make things even a bit better, right?

I'm just glad things are better for him, it would be nice to be able to say what specifically made a difference for him though. Maybe a little of everything?

Thanks all.

I know I have felt this before but I feel in a happy place with his reflux now, as long as we don't rock the boat KWIM? I just hope it lasts.

Rachel,

Just rereading this thread, I'm really curious about what a kineseologist over there does. Evan's kineseologist just helped with safety for him in the preschool classroom, as well as working on gross and fine motor activities and setting that up for him at the preschool. That sounds so different from what you've been doing with the kineseologist.

Janette, they do the muscle allergy testing, by giving you a vial of allergen and seeing if you react to it, Parker holds it and they test the resistance to it through me.

I think it was you who said you have had it done by a chiropractor??? They do call themselves kineseologists here, but they are trained as naturopaths. It does sound different to what we have had.

We had a naturopath do it that way, and a chiropractor who put the allergens under the tongue and checked for a shorter leg. (Wierd! I know!) Thanks for the clarification of what your kineseologists do!
