We just got the Enteralite pump and it has made life so much easier than the kangaroo pump. So much more portable--the backpack is so much easier to use.

Our medical supply rep told me that there is a fanny pack that can be used too, but only with the 500 ml bags. The 500 ml bags work for our purposes. I was wondering if any of you have used the fanny pack instead of the backpack. Which is easier to use?

(Keep in mind that Tucker is a little guy and doesn't wear the backpack, we just have to carry it around and follow him around the house with it).

Thanks!

I just buy insulated lunch bags at Wal-Mart usually for Shae. Some of them come with shoulder straps, or removable shoulder straps and I've found those to be the best things for us.

Okay, I have absolutely no advice as I have no idea about this sort of thing.. but I saw your title of "fanny pack" and was very curious. Over here, fanny means.. well.. you know.... "woman's bits".....:rolling:
Hope you get it sorted soon!! :hello2:

LOL Sarah! That is too cute! A fanny pack here is a type of purse/bag that you can strap around your waist. :)

OMYGOSH! Too funny. I think I'm going to crack up any time I see a man wearing a "fanny pack" now.(actually, one should laugh at a man wearing a fanny pack even when it is the American meaning of it).

We just bought a small elmo backpack and used the 500 bags. the fanny pack would not go small enough for him but that may not be an issue for you.

After seeing Becky's son and his cool pump I want one too. the kangaroo is a bit bulky. Looking forward to hearing how it works for you. Going to look on ebay for a deal!

As Amanda said, we use the Entralite Infinity, which is absolutely tiny, and the backpack that comes with it. We use the 500ml bags, although once they sent us the 1200 and we had to sort of roll it up, but it worked. I doubt Daniel's tush would be able to hold up a fanny pack.

Ally's had the zevex pump for a few years now but i've never heard of the infinity pump. Our's must really be old. LOL I know Ally's would never be tiny enough to fit into a fanny pack and it was small when we first got it. Now, you've got me curious.

I'd love to see a pic of it. That sounds so nice. We have the enteralite pump but Ally's is actiing up and we've had it serviced a few times now. Maybe it's time for a change.
