Hi everyone
I've been doing some research on probiotics and found this formula which is made especially for kids with sensitive tummies/allergies
It's free of what, dairy, soy, corn etc etc
Check it out
It comes in capsule form...which I assume you could open/sprinkle on food?

Just wanted to add I called customer service and they said for small children open the capsule and add to food or liquid as long as it isn't HOT
I plan on trying this with Zach...but I'm wondering about Ava as well...she is on 13mnths...is there anyone giving their young children probiotics (Emma??)

Emma has been on probiotics since January. The kidney specialist put her on them b/c she takes antibiotics everyday for her kidney issues. Em's probiotic (BabyLife by Solaray) has only one ingredient - Maltodextrin. But, that is corn. It doesn't seem to bother her, though.
Thanks for the link. It's nice to know of a brand that is allergen-free. I think Noah (Maggie's son) is on that brand b/c of his mastocytosis.
Emma takes 1/4 tsp. once a day (mixed into her juice/water combo).
If you're wondering about the dosage for Ava...I would just call your ped or GI. They'll be able to give you the dose based on her age/weight.
Let me know how it goes. :hello2:

I give Owen probiotics, bought them at the german pharmacy. He has been taking them for about a month now but I haven't seen a difference yet, his ped said I could try and give him 2 capsules to see if it helps.
