I'm glad you got some answers, Melissa. My son has the opposite problem -- he can breathe out but not breathe in very well. He technically has small airway disease, which falls under the umbrella of asthma.

I hope Raeden is feeling better soon.

Sounds like a good visit! I'm glad! :)

If Prilosec is at all like Prevacid, it may take a week or so to kick in. Is she totally off Zantac in the mean time? If so, you may want to ask about using Maalox or Mylanta as a spot treatment to get her through that.

I am glad that you finally got some answers. Have you got the results of the sweat testyet? I hope they have all come back normal. Asthma is scary business. When my daughter was diagnosed at the age of two she turned purple on me And that was when they finally diagnosed. When is your next appt with Riley? mine is July 13 or 14th. We have to go back for more tests on his pancrease. Again I am so glad you had a very enlightening trip.
