I was trying to think of things that Joshua could have as he is learning to self feed - so, I got a box of Eggo Mini-Waffles and they are great! I toasted them really good so that they are a bit crisp. There is 4 on one waffle and they break off into perfect sizes for little hands.

He's on his 2nd one right now...not sure how much he is really eating but he's having a great time with it! :)

That's a great idea, Miori. Emma can't have those b/c of her soy/milk issues so I have to make them from scratch. I make a lot though, and freeze them.

How fun Miori! I wish Connor could eat those but he is MSPI too! I'll have to take some cooking lessons from Amanda(LOL) I'm soooooo bad in the kitchen!
