I [erroneously] assumed Catherine would just start eating table food once she finally decided it wasn't going to kill her last Sunday (4 days ago). I wasn't naive enough to think that she'd intake quantities enough to sustain her, but I did think she'd continue to eat very small amounts.

She ate nothing today. NOTHING at all at the babysitter, and I only send food I know she'll eat because I don't want her to turn her nose up at something and the babysitter not have anything else to offer her. She is totally constipated again (why? who knows?). She did eat some applesauce before she went to bed.

Very whiney, clingy and crawling more today than she's done in the last week or so. Probably getting sick and this is all totally irrelevant to her table food proclivity.

I'll quit rambling now.

Maybe she does have something brewing and is off her food???? :dontknow:
I do find that my guys get sick of eating the same thing and just push it away. Give them something else and they will eat it.. I cannot do the same crackers/bisuits or whatever for more than 2 days running- it's real pain :roll:As for the constipation...have you got stuff you can give her??

I definitely won't say that I hope its a bug and not reflux, because Catherine, of all kids, does not need the bug whatsoever. Ummm... Did she drink more formula than usual? (Probably a dumb question.) I don't know, Lesley, but I hope she rediscovers how excellent table food can be, lol!

No, she didn't drink more than usual today. She's just "off." I wonder if she has an ear infection as she keeps smacking herself in the head rather forcefully on the left side over her ear. She's also falling more and falling hard, not catching herself on the way down. She fell into a plastic trash can tonight and has a black and blue welt the size of a nickle on her right cheek. The whole side of her face was red for a while.

Poor sweetie! Based on your last post, it does sound she's getting something....whatever it is, I hope it goes away quickly and w/out too much trouble!!

Poor thing!! An ear infection does sound very possible. Other than that I am dumbfounded as to a suggestion for you! Sorry! Hope she is doing better soon though.

Aww Poor baby, sounds like she might be coming down with something, yet again  . I hope this passes soon and she enjoys her tablefoods again.
