Me again...lol

Since I can not get a chemist to compound Brookes losec...I am going to mix it in with some solid food for herr (after I have disolved it, of course)
She is 11 weeks old......I am wondering is custrad a safe bet, so as not to upset her reflux?

She was on prevacid, and I used to mix this from a sachet with water, it would come up like a gel, and she loved it...so she is pretty good with taking something solid into her mouth, and she doesn't spill a drop.

Thanks all:flower:

There is a list of foods to avoid in the reflux info area...The 14 ways to reduce reflux...Maybe that will help??

I wouldn't jump to straight dairy at that young of an age....that is if your using milk to make the custard?

i was going to say the same thing that Stacy said about the milk that early. I agree that looking in the 14 ways to reduce reflux may help. Or can you call and ask the chemist what you can use to give her med?

Can you make up some baby cereal mixed with formula or breast milk and give it to her that way? If you make it with lots of liquid, it shouldn't be too hard for her to swallow. Hope this helps!

Maggie beat me to this one! :-)
I, too, was going to suggest cereal mixed with lots of formula or breastmilk.
