Hi posted a question about this before but it's gone now! I wanted to say though that our ped said that if acid is coming up, it will swell her wrap, her esophagus, and her throat and as a result make it hard to swallow and hard for food to get all the way down and through. Since this started with Chelsea after trialing no meds, that is likely the cause for this sudden onset of retching up food! She did it again the other day and both times after she refuses to eat more. I realize that this happens to a lot of fundo kids on a regular basis, but it hasnt happened to Chelsea at all other than the first couple months after the fundo while she was recovering. Her last fundo was 18 months ago. It's a bummer that she still has some acid reflux but the ph study tomorrow at UCLA will tell us how much so we know what to do about it. She is doing okay, so maybe she needs some meds but not as much as before. Maybe what reflux is there is what is considered a normal amount for everyone but that she is extra sensitive to it. We'll see!

The probe gets put in wednesday morning and comes out thursday morning, just a FYI!
