If you are interested in using organic foods, but can't find a good selection, you can order from Earth's Best directly.

The have a wonderful selection. Just click on the food and it gives you a full list of ingredients. Everything I looked at was soy free, and there are only a few with milk in them. They don't even use soy oils. They use brown rice as well, instead of white, which I think is less constipating. Just wanted to share.

Thanks for the link. It's great food. :hello2:
I had been begging our local health food store to buy some for MONTHS. They finally did - about a month ago.
Just in time, though. Em is getting better at eating foods off a spoon, so now I shove a little Spinach and Potatoes or Carrots in between the times she's trying to pick up her table food.

I don't know if it is easier or not. Seems like anything grown w/o chemicals and pesticides would be easier on a tummy, especially a fragile, refluxy one. I am sure they are careful to wash and clean or whatever, but I would imagine that there are times when there is still residue. I know for a fact that broccoli is impossible to get clean because the chemicals get down into the tops and you can't get them back out. Plus, the FDA allows a certain percentage of chemicals to remain in foods! So I figure if I can get organic, I might as well. I think I also read somewhere about brown rice actually being easier to digest that white, and that it can ease heartburn in adults.

I've been sticking with Organic for the most part too - though they don't always have the biggest selection. The food just looks and smells better!
I found a huge difference with the Organic Brown Rice Cereal...no added junk!

Thanks I'll have to try some with Connor. I was using beechnut but I'll try anything to see if he can tolerate it better.

Del Monte's Nature's Goodness is pretty good too - though, it's not organic. The quality seems good though, and so is the price!
