As you know from prior posts, we went to an allergist on Friday. His conclusion was that food allergies don't exhibit respiratory symptoms.
Therefore, here are my questions to you, so that I can bring them up to my GI w/out getting snickered at
1: Can food allergies bring out respiratory symptoms? (ie stuffy nose, cough) (specifically milk)
2: Can food allergies bring out "atopic dermatitis"
he has two rosey cheeks, and still that little bumpy rash
3: Can food allergies bring out allergic shiners
4: Can food allergies bring out watery, red eyes
The "quack w/wooden teeth" told me that the symptoms would only be in the GI tract. Hmmm..
what do you all think?

I think all the above. Catherine always has allergic shiners and red eyes as well as persistent eczema. Because she's sick so often with respiratory illnesses, I can't say if what she eats contributes to that or not.

Yes to all of them. Are you sure he had a diploma saying he had graduated?!
The symptoms he is talking about may be that allergies do orginate often in the GI track as the milk proteins are absorbed into the intestines when they should not be. This is often what happens when a child has diarrhea and is fed milk or dairy and develops an intolerance or a full blown allergy over time as the lining of the intestines that prevent the proteins from being directly absorbed is shed during the diarrhea and allows this in and thus causes a reaction. This is not the only way a reaction can occur though.
Fascinating Quack you have there. Maybe you should look for a real allergist? Respiratory symptoms are very common with allergies. I would like to know why then a child who has an allergic reaction to something wheezes? Maybe he has never heard of wheezing?
Oh, I am not being very charitable today nor tolerant of idiot doctors so perhaps I should let this one go....

I agree all of the above. Cady had a stuffy nose w/green snot constantly, eczema, and allergic shiners, all practically cured when we took out milk. She has a tad bit of eczema still left, so we'll be discussing that with the GI next week. All of her symptoms so far has been attributed to her allergy to milk.
