I know that the Gerber cereals contain soy but does anyone know if the stage 2 jar food Rice and applesauce contain soy? Connor is just so limited with his solids I wanted to try to add something else that he would like but don't know if it contains soy.

If it isn't listed then it shouldn't have it. They have laws that require it be listed because it is a known allergen. I am sure it is fine if it doesn't say anything about it in the ingredients.

I've been checking my jars out now, I haven't seen it on the ing. so I'm going to say no.

I agree it would be listed... go check it out in the store and see... if it does have it, then check out another brand. Beechnut may be safe or some of the organics?

I had to do this when Zachary was diagnosed with Hypoglycemia....For his juice boxes and other lunch things I had to read the backs of all the brands to see which one had less sugar and the highest protein!!
