I am trying to find a photo that shows what I mean. Sometimes Parker gets that "look" where it is red rimmed around his eyes. I hope this shows it.

Is this an allergenic shiner, if so what do i do about it?

It might be. That is what my eyes look like if I stop taking my Zyrtec. What about asking Parker's ped. about trying some OTC claritin, just to see if that takes care of it. My older DD is starting to look like that, as well. Does he sneeze, cough, or have stuffy/runny nose? If he has some of those things consistently, it could be allergies. Kaylin's had a stuffy nose now going on 7 months, along with slightly dark circles under her eyes and nighttime eye itching. I'm thinking of picking her up some claritin, as well, then bringing it up with her ped. at her next well-child check. Now, if the shiners are just showing up, you may want to see if there is another reason for the shiners, such as too little sleep, not enough water, a cold, etc.

I don't see a PIC Scarlet.....

Andrew's eyes are always red rimmed, I thought that was from the reflux???
