What is the best way to switch from alimentum to soy? Is it OK to mix the two? Any suggestions would be great!!

We just did it cold turkey. We had no issues with acceptance. She's constipated on soy, but we knew that was a side effect for her. Catherine was on Alimentum from 2 weeks through close to 10 months, and after negative RAST testing, we switched to soy.
